MAKE SURE THAT YOU READ AND UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING ON THIS PAGE. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED.
All participation in the Toys for Tots Campaign begins with an online registration.
To collect toys for donation, please click on the “Get Involved/Volunteer” tab and select “Become a Drop Site” from the drop down menu. You may coordinate a pick-up of your boxes at our Hialeah Warehouse. Our pick-up deadline for 2024 is December 18th. If you want to participate virtually, consider registering through our crowdfunding option, where you’ll be able to personalize your page to show partnership with the Toys for Tots Campaign.

We ask that (individual families) apply early in the campaign, which always starts October 1st, with an approved partner non-profit organization or church, which will be listed until the application deadline Oct. 31st (which changes annually).

To apply to receive toys, you must be an approved non-profit organization with a 501(c)(3) determination letter from the IRS. Please select the “Request a Toy” tab and select the “AGENCY & NON-PROFIT request form” from the drop down menu. Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email (this does not mean approval), which will contain a control number for future correspondence with us. Use this control number in the SUBJECT LINE of all emails to us!!!
The application will not accept toy requests for more than 500 total toys. We are not responsible for requests that do not come through or receive a control number. Toys for Tots is not responsible for organizational issues, submittals through non- profits/churches or internal registrations over the cap [of 500].
***Before submitting your toy request look over ALL the information. Make sure your email, phone number, second contact, if applicable & toy totals are in the correct box. Please put your event date (This does not mean priority or that you would receive it before or by date entered.) Toy total should be on the box that says "total number of boys" or "total number of girls". If you put the total in the wrong box, your request will be recorded as "0". We cannot make changes to orders once submitted.
If there are any questions/problems with your toy request, we will send you an email. Keep in mind that toy requests/orders are not finalized until after the registration closes. If your request is approved, you will receive a pick up email. We cannot confirm the status of your request until then.
****Applying for toys does not guarantee you will receive toys. We reserve the right to cancel toy requests if we suspect fraud or any violation of the Toys for Tots rules/Statement of Understanding. ***Toy requests may also be modified depending on the amount of toys at hand during distribution.***
In order to be considered for the 2024 Toys for Tots Campaign, please email us your IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter, your child verification form(s), and your updated signed 2024 statement of understanding [located in the "About Toys for Tots" subcategory "Documents/Forms"]

October 1, 2024: Website Applications Begins for Agency/ Non-Profit/Church
October 31, 2024: Agency/ Non-Profit/Church Application Deadline (Ends) @5PM (EST)
November 3, 2024: Application processing/determination begins for Non-profit/Church
December 17, 2024: Last Day for Donations from public or drop sites at our local warehouse
*December 18, 2024 Last Day For Distribution of Toys to Non-Profits/Churches @3:30P
